If youve hung out around this part of the blogosphere at all, you know Im crazy about sprouts, particularly crunchy sprouts. Ive been known to grab them by the handful and pop em in my mouth the way I once did M&Ms.
When I came upon this beautiful salad of pineapple, red cabbage, mint, green pea, adzuki and red lentil sprouts, I had to have some now. So, thats just what I did. And, I can tell you, its aptly named Pineapple Sprouts Explosion.
